For comparison, Seattle International Randonneurs recently made a custom order with Vintage Velos for about 40-50 wool jerseys at $79 for short sleeve, $89 for long-sleeve. They are a simple design, light blue top and bottom panels, white band in the middle with the words "Seattle Randonneurs" chain stitched in red.

Jan Heine has done most of the leg work on this for us, and we should have them in hand in 2 months or so. Cost was a factor for me too, but when I figure I haven't bought a jersey of any sort for nearly ten years, it's very palatable.
