I purchased (he cried as he counted out the cash!!!) one of the Brooklyn Jerseys (Allessandro Merino Wool) at Velo Rendezvous. They are beautiful and should last a long time.
As for design, something classic like most of the ones at Vintage Velos, a
two color jersey with the second color being a band across the chest and
on the sleeves with Classic Rendezvous in block letters and something else
in script lettering below it (see

Even though the new plastic jerseys are colorful, they don't have the classy look of the old team jerseys. Plus, the classic outfit was a wool jersey and black cycling shorts.
