Great find, it may even be pre-Taiwan! This was the entry level bike and sold for about $150. This is a popular donor bike from shops and individuals because it is too heavy for an enthusiast to want to liberate from you but solid enough to serve for years. We had an old expression: Customer: 'Y'all carry the Miyata 110?" Snappy mechanics in the bak room "It takes TWO people to carry a 110!"
