Well, I think it's worth $695 shipped, but clearly I'm in the minority. ;> So, here's one more shot at it guys. Price on this bike reduced to $550 shipped. Think of it as a much nicer, better-functioning, better looking version of a PX-10...<g> Available only to the list at this price until I decide to put it on ebay, which may be next week.

**************

This is the same model Follis as the one on the Classicrendezvous site, with a slightly different component mix.

58cm c-t seat tube; 56cm c-c top tube. The crummy foil sticker on the seat tube is gone. But the headbadge is great, as is the paint. It's used, but lightly so. Chrome is about perfect throughout. The bike also has a VERY cool french Campagnolo sticker on the down-tube. I've never seen this one before. Very cool, seldom-seen (they always fell off) 3TTT stickers in nearly new condition on bars and stem.

This bike is absolutely original down to the rims and spokes. Galvanized spokes in good shape; Mavic Campionate du monde rims with all stickers in good shape. Even the cool french Paturaud toe clips and straps. The clips have a bit of rust on them--I cleaned them up, but not completely. Only the chain, stem, and seat-clamp bolt, and bar-tape are replacements. Oh, yeah, the pads on the Universal Super 68 brakes are not original, but they're look-alikes, and much better quality than the originals. I'll even throw in the original 10cm 3TTT Record stem. Universal brake hoods are mostly gone, but the tops remain and I taped over the handles. It works. This bike is ready to ride. You don't need to do a thing except to adjust it for fit. Includes great-riding 70s vintage Hutchinson Premato tubulars in good shape.

This is, as you'll see from the pics, a very nicely preserved original piece.

It's just a size too big for me, or I'd keep it...plus, I have more bikes coming in, and something's gotta give! I'm outta space!

I completely disassembled and overhauled everything. All the bearings are repacked, everything's been polished up and it's shining nicely.

Check these pictures. If you have trouble loading them, or have any other questions, feel free to e-mail me. The bike is $695 shipped in the lower 48.

If the bike's not sold in one week, it's on to ebay.

Thanks for your interest
