In the 2000 Quality Bike Parts catalog, page 100, there is an item that might be what you're lookig for. MRP makes it, the BBC1 conversion kit, QBP# CR0500, wholesale at $21.95. It comes with two "cups" that bolt into each other through the big "American" threadless bottom bracket shell with three long thin hex bolts. The thing that makes it possibly useful to you is that these cup inserts have interior holes threaded to accept standard English 1.37x24tpi cups. Could fit your cottered bottom bracket cups, I imagine, and lockring - if they are ISO.
