You don't say what type of Sugino, but on that bike I suspect it is a Sugino Mighty, which was essentially a Campy clone, thus the Gipiemme, also a Campy clone, should fit. A post-1978 Italian thread Campy NR/SR compatible sealed BB should also fit if you can find one, but be advised that later Campy models often had different axle lengths from the NR/SR, so a recent Campy sealed BB probably won't work. Phil will be the easiest sealed BB to find, and Phil Wood or a knowledgeable Phil dealer can provide the correct BB if you give them the info you posted here.
