bradford,

The Masi decal that appears with only the "Masi" is the standard decal with everything else cutoff. That is not the "norm" but was done periodically for various reasons. On a track frame, that would be the treatment. If the painter was using varnish fix decals and was having trouble with the border lines of the original decals they may have opted to cut the rest off. Employee bikes would de done that way by request at times. There you go.

Brian Baylis La Mesa, CA Whassa mattaah youse guys? No rain and quite beautiful in San Diego today.
