Have you ever been to a bike show and seen two people looking at the same part and rating it differently. Well this is my first posting here and I have to say that I have seen this many times. The buyers eyes and sellers eyes are very different when looking at any single item. Although this is a noble gesture, I have never seen a rating system that works for everyone. I agree, ask for photos and a detailed description if you are real serious about condition otherwise Caveat Emptor applies. Ray
