I'm sure this is a little foolish of me. Like I need to spend more $, but here goes. I'm looking for a winter project bike. I imagine something quality, 60-70's English touring with canti bosses. 57-60cm range. Jack Taylor, Bob Jackson, Roberts, Carlton, maybe even Gitane (French), etc. I have collected some of the parts so I am thinking frame and fork but still interested in partial bikes and even complete bikes. Remember, I'm looking for a project. I like to tinker just as much as I like ride. Not looking for mint as it will be a rider, so I'd like the frame straight and paint and decals kind-of-OK.
Please contact me off list if you have something I might be interested. But I'll be honest, if you're thinking over $400 you'd probably be wasting both our times.
