I do believe the OS cups were 0.5mm oversized according to the Campy catalog, so an Italian would be 36.5, but a half millimeter is 0.020". 1-3/8" = 1.375" nominal; actual measure about 1.370". So OS would be 1.395" nominal or 1.390" actual. This is all theoretical, not from measuring any real OS cups - I've heard of 'em but I don't think I've ever actually seen one, much less measured one.
