Yup--it's a "mixty"! And it is very cool.
Anyone know anything about the marque. Seems kinda hard to imagine a luxury item like this made in France in 1941, eh? If the tag is correct, it would seem to have to be made in pre-occupation.
John "who had an e-mail from Mr. Denny last week in response to the tying & soldering question I posted to the CR list--to which list Mr. Brown has asked him not to subscribe--and I must that I, John Taglia, was rather surprised to receive an e-mail Mr. Denny given that goods I had purchased from Mr. Denny were grossly over-rated (e.g., a "very good" skewer that was so bent they had to be rebent to fit through the hub axle and let's not mention the brake levers that were pretty trashed) and figured after that jobbing he would be too embarassed to write me, but I was wrong and now I am, as I often wont to do, digressing" Taglia
