If you can turn the nipples on the left (non-drive-side) the wheel can be redished.

The difference in the spoke lengths for 120 compared to 126 is no more than one mm I bet...let me check...yes, its on the order of 1/4 mm ideal spoke length differences if you go from 126 to 120 with a Campy hi-flange hub. I bet turning the left-side nipples 2 or 3 whole turns while backing off the right-side nipples one turn (if wheel is already nearly tight enough) would take care of the re-dish.
