Subject: [CR]hub and saddle bag question

Anyone familiar with and can inform me what hubs these might be: they are sealed bearing, no markings or print on the hub itself, except for a black and silver skinny decal band running parallel to each other around the center of the hub. They also have a distinctive skewer: the handle appears to made from stainless steel and is shaped like an unclosed 8, with middle intersection of the 8 not meeting and bottom (as in closest to the hub) not meeting. They came laced to Weinmann dimpled rims, 36 spoke

I also have a Lafuma saddlebag, that says made in France, and appears to be of excellent quality. Made from canvas or duck canvas with real leather buckles and trim.

Thanks for your help in identifying these.
