I'm not defending this guy 'cause I don't know him from a bale of hay, but having done quite a lot of ebay, as both buyer and seller, anyone who can have well over a thousand transactions and stay between 1-2% negatives can't be all that bad, IMHO. No matter how good you are you are always going to get people who can't be satisfied, no matter what, especially when we are talking about close to 1200 people.
