Richard Sachs Team brings home the gold (lot's of it).

Baltimore December 16, 2001. With 7 podium appearances, including 4 Gold medals, the Richard Sachs-C.Y.B.C. Cyclocross Team, lead by Jonathan Page, won more awards than any other team at this past weekend's Cyclocross Nationals Championships and Super Cup finale. At Baltimore's Patterson Park, not only did Richard Sachs' Jonathan Page convincingly win the Super Cup final, but 4 of his team mates collected an additional 5 medals at the Nationals.

Jonathan Page, who has been racing Cross in Europe since September, will return to Europe along with his mechanic Cori Book, after Christmas to contest the three remaining World Cups in France (6 January), Switzerland (20 January) and the Netherlands (27 January). Jonathan will also be a member of the US Cross World's Team who will compete in the World Championships in Belgium (3 February).

"This is the culmination of several year's of growing our Cross Team to be a force on the National and International 'Cross scene", stated Richard Sachs, who hand-made all the custom frames the team races on. "We now move our attention back to the European racing calendar to gear up for the World's in February."
