I believe that both parties parties to a transaction should communicate regarding what action they have taken, such as mailing check ,shipping merchandise, whatever .Never fail to or delay responding to mail from the other party. Always see to mailing the merchandise personaly,don't trust that to a disinterested party,regardlless of their good intentions.
