It is long out of print so you must keep your eyes open at used book stores, swap meets, etc. No reliable source exists. I had loaned mine out, only to have it disappear and then Jill DiMauro found a copy for me! (A favor never forgotten!) So everyone on the CR list should keep a look out as one of us would surely want a copy if any of us find one... Happy New Year! Dale
