The 3ttt bars you mention were proper for very early CA Masis. Of course there is the matching 3ttt stem that goes with it. There were a small number of these 3ttt record stems which had the Faliero Masi signiture engraved in them. I never got one. Any one have one of these? One they might want to sell? Length 10cm to 11cm.
The proper saddle for that period is a 3ttt suede padded saddle, again some of which had a Masi logo on them.
FYI. The actual proper freewheel and chain for an early CA GC is Everest (Italy). The rest is obvious and are common parts of the period.
