Hello Pete,

I've owned both a 1974 Pro and a 1978 Pro, both at the same time (still have the '78) and although they are referred to as Blue Mink and Steel Blue, I can say that side by side the colors looked identical to me. Not sure why they changed the color name to steel blue - blue mink always sounded far more exotic and more desirable to me.
