There's another Titan adjustable stem on eBay:

this one is used, missing the spacer for the wedge bolt (fits the round contour of the stem top to the flat contour of the bolt head), has one wrong binder nut and one wrong binder bolt, some rust, but if you can't afford the NOS one...
