That's the sewup, TUFO UFO or something like that (they advertise in VeloSnooze. Actually a variation on the original clincher from the turn of the century (1900 not 2000) in that it has a "wing with groove" that interlocks with the hooked rim edge of today's clincher rims (or is that wired-on, Sheldon?).
