This morning I took the freewheel off the BiValent-equipped Paramount (which may still be visible in pix from last year's Cirque, at Cirqe Central).

1) the lock ring is marked "Regina Gran Sport Corse Soc. Ital. Cat. Cal. Merate --> (The rough translation of "Merate" seems to be "take it apart this direction")

2) We didn't have time to break it down all the way, but the innermost cog (a 22) had exactly the same left hand thread as on a plain old "Regina G.S. Corse" that was lying around. I'd infer that all the cogs interchange with regular Reginas.

3) The bearing and frame mount that keep the Cinelli attached to the bike seem to be held together with a circlip that is pretty hard to reach, so I did not further disassembly.

Hope this helps!
