Subject: [CR]Campy Tape & Paint Priming Question

Yikes, Brian, I am humbled by your offer and will dutifully set upon a quest for a suitable trade item. Thanks!

And to keep this more generally of interest: Okay, say I have stripped my mystery old bike frame with citrus stripper or some such (which I have not quite yet done) -- how long do I have before I need to put some kind of primer on to make sure the frame doesn't start rusting? Seconds? Hours? Days? Don't worry if I keep the frame in the livingroom? (Don't ask where my bike assembly shop is during the rain...)
