Subject: [CR]Derailleur Hanger Shape for Campy

My newly-acquired Meteor came with a badly bent bolt-on derailleur hanger. Is this thing supposed to be completely flat or should it have a slight kick outwards?

By the way, this is Steve Freides typing as Chris Beyer dictates. Chris knows more about this than I do, doesn't have weekend access to the list, and is helping me procure a replacement hanger.
