Some of you are going to think I am nuts for attempting this but I disassembled a 1973 Zeus frame and have started to put it back together 4 cm shorter in both directions. I don't have a jig but I have been pinning it and taking careful measurements as I go. I have been restoring antique cars for my entire adult life I weld and braze and am now playing with bikes. My question is when you talk about filed lugs do they actually file them all around on the outside to thin them? Do they round the edges? What else should I do to this frame before assembly that would make it Special. Thanks Sam DiBartolomeo
