I have a "black" original Dura Ace gruppo for sale. It's comprised of a NIP derailer and shifter set (the rear derailer is branded Dura Ace not Crane but these are very early parts not the 7400 series from the 80s), a NIP 36 hole low flange hubset, a NIP 175 crankset with 52 and 44 chainrings (Nouvo Record style but black) with bottom bracket, and a very, very, very lightly used short reach brakeset in it's box in excellent condition with NOS gum hoods.

For those unfamiliar with the "black" Dura Ace components from the 1970s not all parts are entirely black. The pivots on the derailers are black and there's black infill around the logo on the rear derailer and the shift levers are black. The rest of the derailer set is chrome steel or silver alloy. The flutes on the crankarms are infilled in black but are otherwise silver alloy. The chainrings are black. The bb cups are silver. The hubs are black with silver oil rings and silver skewers. The brake calipers are black with chrome steel pad holders. The brake levers are silver.

I'm selling the group as a set for $500 plus shipping. I also have a similar vintage silver Dura Ace NIP derailer set and various other lightly used components from the silver 1970s gruppo available from my stash. I have other sets of these Dura Ace gruppos on two of my bikes and it makes no sense for me to continue hoarding these.

Cheers,
Randy
