It's the width of the BB that is different, BSC is 2mm narrower than italian. Overall length will be the same, nominal 115 mm for pre CPSC, 118 mm post.

Does the length of a Campy NR/SR Bottom Bracket Spindle vary with the threading of the cups? IOW, will an English spindle be the same lenght as an Italian or French BB sindle? R.G. Handsfield
