The one and only frame I ever built features these. No problems so far, and it's been 27 years!
I used Campagnolo bolts, but never Campagnolo brakes (never much liked 'em) It had Weinmann arms on it for most of its early life, later I installed Shimano 105 single pivots, which was a bit of a challenge 'cause they're made for 7 mm bolts. I used brass shim stock, works great.
