Scott, it's great that you posted some pictures of the ride.

One small correction however: The Rose Bowl vintage ride is not "A Chuck Schmidt Production" as stated on your website, nor is it "sponsored by Chuck Schmidt."

To avoid the issue of law suits, the ride follows a natural bicycle route in the San Gabriel Valley called the "Santa Anita Loop" by the locals and meets at a mutally agreed upon time and place. The ride does not have any sponsors. Indeed, the ride actually has no leader and no need for one since the locals already know the route. There are also no route sheets for the same reason. I make no claims that the ride is my "production" though I do think that it is a great idea to get together for a nice, easy paced, "social" ride with other vintage lightweight bicycle collectors in Southern California once a month.

Glad you enjoyed the ride Scott and I hope you can attend the rides in the future!
