But... if Rivendell's literature is accurate, the Dream Bar (Nitto model #175) has a reach of 90mm. It might be worth measuring one since the actual and listed dimensions often differ. E.g. the Cinelli 64s on my bikes are actually a bit shorter than the listed 80mm. Regardless, they aren't generally available in 40cm width, as you mentioned. And Grant P's comments not withstanding, many people - myself included - are more comfortable on narrower bars. It's kind of funny, in that I think I could handle a bit more drop as long as the bars had a shorter reach and weren't wider than 40cm. Best regards, Fred Rednor
