I've come across a Condor double top tube bike with a fixed gear( I think ) although it has front and rear rod brakes. It sports a Condor labeled leather saddle with a sping in the nose and two in the back and has handlebars that look very turn- of -the -century to my untrained eye. Not a full road bend but an older style with white hand grips. Anyone have any info or possible date for this machine? And what something like this might go for?
