It has a lovely extensive patina for those who are into that. I am guessing it is maybe late 1950s but anyone know based upon the serial number? I understand that these "Mondrian style" decals are available directly from Norm Taylor if you wanted to refinish it... It is very unusual in that the additional "mixte" stays are super thin, and the head tube is painted as if there were lugs. The design and execution reminds me of a top range French touring bike...
