Hi CR folks.

With world events and a kinda weak economy things have been kinda slow here at Bicycle Classics inc. We need to move some pricey items to keep some cash flowing. Some items are one-of-a-kind, and others we have stock of. Prices should be good until October 5 but we can't promise.

Thanks for looking. Inquire for shipping charges. Parts orders will be $7 fixed to most US addresses, frames/bikes are more.

* Motobecane Champion team 753 frame. 56cm to top, 56cm top tube. A cool blue color with black decals and the black Chevron stuff on the downtube that someone at Moto must have thought looked good. (hey - I saw one of those Aztec things yesterday, there is no limit to bad taste out there). This frame has been built up a couple of times but never ridden. Includes an NOS Campy NR headset installed. We had listed it before at $800, but lets try for $685 this time around. A real piece of French racing bike exotica.

* Richard Sachs Cross frame 56.5 c-t with 55.5 top tube. A purple frame that was one of the team issue frames Richard sold earlier on this site. Funky decals-all-over graphics. There are a number of blems that have been touched up but it still looks pretty niffty. Has a bit of an industrial look to it - great workmanship of course, but less artistic and more purposeful in appearance. I'd build this and ride it myself (that's why I bought it) but its not a priority right now. $ 695

* Mid 60's 21" Paramount track bike. Dale Brown and John Barron and Greg Parker have seen this one and can vouch for why it is priced as it is. This bike is really close to having a new-bike gleam to it (there is one notable paint glitch on the headtube though). Chrome nervex lugs with pinstriping. 151 bolt circle cranks with the con denti pedals too! Cinelli steel bar and stem, a chance that the bar tape is original! The saddle is a platic Nitor. Front wheel is of the period but is quick release and the rim does not match the rear. Tires are old old old and are dead. While there are a few blems on this bike, and the clear over the paint (is it really a clear or just the top coat??) has a crackly look to it, this bike is an exceptional find - increadibly low mileage and certainly one of the finest original old Paramounts one could find. Priced reasonable at $ 1145.
