Thanks to the many folks who helped me solve my Gitane mystery. I'm now leaning toward keeping it. It's small for me but still fun to ride. It fits in between my Rivendell road bike and 1984 Specialized Expedition touring bike. Jack in not so sunny Sacramento California.
