Gee, I never thought that it might be a not-so-funny practical joke. The CR list has had it's share of unpleasant hoaxes perpetrated upon it.. I will assume that it is sincere. That last bit is my fault. Steve Pike's message was sent directly to the CR webmaster and I copied the CR list with my response to him... in the theory that you all might like to see the type of behind-the-scenes dramas that unfold.. Maybe that was not so smart on my part. Hadn't thought that would be an unwise act but now I wonder...
I do request that you all let me do the interacting with Mr. Pike, as I hope to win him over and definitely want the Pike page to meet his liking..
