Hi, I have a question, that I am not sure has an answer! I am looking at building a fixed gear bike and have seen a couple of old road frames that take 27" wheels. Can you use 700c with standard reach brakes to get the needed reach? Or would you need drop-bolts? Or can't the situation be generalized? Thanks for any advice! Dave In snowy Maine
