A friend uses this service and reports nothing but good things about it.

is what shows up at the bottom of his emails to me. Might be worth a try for some of you. He subscribes to the iBOB list and never seems to have problems, even when he's away for a few days.

I believe it has some connection to American Express. I have not used this service myself and neither he nor I have an connection to it so far as I know, other than that mentioned above.
