Many track racers still use slotted cleats, and double toe straps. There are slotted cleats that fit the Look bolt pattern of modern shoes. There's a shop in Redondo Beach, CA that sells them, but I don't remember the name off the top of my head. If you can contact some current track racers, they can problably steer you to a source.
