Do anything except try to crank the seat binder bolt down! On frames built with stamped lugs overtightening can/will collapse the seat binder ears on the lug and it can also cause cracking around the bottom of the slot in the back of the seat tube. There are a few 27.4mm seatposts out there but mostly non-classic. Campagnolo did make Super Record posts that size starting (I think) when Reynolds introduced thin walled 753 tubes.
