Subject: [CR]Ebay Weirdness

I have had personal dealings with Curtis in the past and never had a problem. In fact he has been one of my best customers as some swap meets. I am a little sensitive to this issue as I am currently receiving cyber stalking threats from an ebay person who I sold a $9 beer tray to . He sent me a personal check over 20 days late then hit me with my only negative feedback in over 500 transactions. Then he sent ebay fraud notices out which I had to defend. His claim was that he sent two checks and that I did not say that I would hold personal checks for 10 days before shipping. After trying to resolve this issue and get the feedback removed he just played with me. He had his tray and for 3 months he played a game with ebay and I. After I finally wrote it off and responded to the negative feedback he started first with written threats which ended with "I will fight you to the death". Then he called my home and said he would get me. He then proceeded to write all my ebay bidders telling them I was a fraud. Fortunately most of them wrote me because they know me. He then took one of my auctions and bid four times on it under a new name. Then he cancelled the bids and put as the reason that I was a dishonest seller. I have since contacted ebay who I also had to fight to prove what was going on. After about 10 emails back and forth ebay suspended this guys both accounts for a week. Currently he is signing me up for every free porn site that he can find on the web. I have been advised to swear out a legal complaint on this guy. Funny thing, this guy is a PHD Professor of Boston University affiliate, He is also associated with the Boston Symphony as President of another musical association and to make it even worse he is a minister. This was not hard to find out because he has the ME profile filled out on ebay and after that I just used some common search engines to find out the rest. I have used the tactic of not responding to him at all but that does not seem to be working. I am surprised that after I proved to ebay that he used a new account to bid and disturb my auctions they only suspended this bogus account for a week. Ebay security is a joke. Sorry for the long email but cyber stalking is serious situation and I hope Curtis does not have to go through what I am currently.
