Concord (no "e") was a house brand of Columbus Cycle, made under contract in Japan, maybe by Kuwahara? Not related in any way to Concorde of France. The bikes I've seen were moderate quality, at best, but that doesn't mean there weren't better models. I believe Seattle Bike Supply was the distributor that bought out CS, so it might be possible that they would have marketing materials left.
