Before it goes on Ebay, I offer it to the CR Members: 1948 Gillot taper tube
frame and fork with original Burgundy metal flake enamel. Paint and
condition are immaculate concour quality. It was purchased by Ken Denny in
1998 from the Phillips Auction in Europe, and was NOS at purchase time.
Verification of original condition with catalogue page print out is
available. Frame size is 23", colour is Burgundy metal flake with gold
luglining. No chrome. This is by far the best condition cycle frame for a
bike it's age I've ever seen. Priced @ $800.00.
