   possible time! >> The overall brake boss on a Campy caliper is 17.5mm, the hole 5.8mm plus clearance. The bushing needn't be very thick (.5 to 1.0mm) and if done properly would not compromise the strength of the forged arm. Of course, you would void the factory warranty. I would think a sloppy arm would be more prone to failure because everytime you use the brakes, you're slamming them in the bolt hole. Stevan Thomas Alameda, CA
