I have just built up some clincher wheels for my Raleigh International based on 27" Super Champion rims and NR large flange hubs. My LBS can several tires for around $20 each that look appealing (black tread, tan sidewalls). The choice is Michelin World Tour, Pasela Panaracer TG, and Vittoria Phoenix 32 Road Tire. Anybody have a recommendation? The bike is used for a mostly rural commute on decent roads and some light touring. I used tubulars last year but did have more flats (usually in the dark, always the rear tire!) than I felt like dealing with. Thanks! --
