The only tubing decal I know about is the one pictured here:

That's about the biggest and wildest tubing decal I have ever seen. It would be pretty tough to duplicate that one! On my opinion, it usually doesn't look so cool to replicate older decals unless you have a pretty sophisticated screen printing system or computer system. The peel & stick vinyl jobs I have seen are ...shall we sa, less than optimum.
