Bike was built in Italy in 1976 or there abouts.All chrome frame with long point cutout lugs in filled with Orange paint.Name on frame is Carriero Mod.Special stenciled in Orange.It is equipped with Campagnolo Nuovo Record Gruppo dated 1976.Milremo tubular rims with Wolber Classic 290 sewup tires.Regina Oro 5 speed freewheel & Regina SC chain.3ttt 9cm stem with Superleggero 39cm bars.Frame measures 56cm C/C seat tube & 56cm C/C top tube.
This bike is in absolutely beautiful condition & the gruppo is the same.I would expect the bike has 1000 miles or less of actual usage.I am planning to post it on eBay within next several days,but would like to give a fellow list member a chance to buy this beautiful original bike first.
I have not been able to locate any information about this builder,& I suspect that the tubing is Columbus SL. I would guess a good comparison would be an Italian Made Chrome Paramount.
