Bob, I bought a new time trial frame from the AENDE banner about 1980. There were several very light time trial frames ridden at that time from AENDE. The builder was in the East Midlands UK, near Nottingham I think. He built mainly in light Columbus tubing and the money went into the light weight and the quality of build, which probably accounts for the transfers being nothing special. I seem to recall the name stands for something like Association of East Notts and District Engineers.! Hope that helps.
