Dear Listmembers , I have a few Bianchi questions . In the mid 60's I raced on what were referred to as "team issue" Bianchis , I bought them from Oscar at American Cyclery , at the same time some of my friends were riding Specialissimas , the ones that could not stand Celest paint that is . According to Oscar the frames came from the same shop , only the paint and lack of a head badge being the difference , this makes sense . On the CR site , on the Bianchi page there is what appears to be a Specialissima with Celest paint , any comments? Id like to know what the time frame was for the Specialissimas and Team Issue bikes with integrated head sets . Just a reminder the Silicon Valley Vintage ride will be on April 7th 10am at the San Francisco bay Wildlife Center , That Sunday begins daylight savings , so set your clocks ahead and come for a ride .
