Tom, I couldn't locate the photo you refer to. There is a Raleigh Pro on the Retro Raleigh site with ornate lugs and I'm pretty sure a fastback seatstay arrangement. My 74 Pro has Bocama (I think) lugs which are nothing like that one has.
