none of the pre cpsc campagnolo items had the changes that were incorporated for the purpose of keeping us all from our own ignorance. as with such chestnuts as the 'open/close' markings on the qr skewers, one would have to have had the intellect of a potted plant to not know how much post could be left in the frame for safe riding. e-RICHIE waiting to be watered in chester, connecticut
